Methylation Analysis

Methylation plays an important role in the regulation of genes but can often be hard to analyze with traditional sequencing or restriction enzyme-based methods. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) provides a detailed and comprehensive view of epigenetic modifications for any cell type or species.

These analyses can be targeted to specific regions of interest or span the whole genome to provide the complete epigenomic landscape. Epigenetic changes in response to introduced transgenes or chemical pressures can also be measured across many sample populations in parallel.
